Service Credit Plans: how do they work?

About your Service Credit Plan
QuoIntelligence's Service Credit Plan offers a variety of options designed to enhance your organization's security capabilities. These services include tailored analyst services, coaching sessions, takedown services, maturity assessments, readiness exercises, and on-demand intelligence reports.

To request these add-on services, you will need first to subscribe a Service Credit Plan.
Purchasing Service Credit Plans
Service Credit Plans are typically purchased at the time of subscription alongside your Essential, Practitioner, or Professional license.
However, if you need additional service credits later on, you can buy them at any time by contacting your Customer Success Manager.
You can do so by sending them an email or by requesting an RFI via Mercury
Plan Sizes and Service Credits
The Service Credit Plans are categorized into five sizes:
- S (Small)
- M (Medium)
- L (Large)
- XL (Extra Large)
- XXL (Extra Extra Large)
Each plan size provides a different number of total service credits per year:
- S (Small): 5 Service Credits per year
- M (Medium): 10 Service Credits per year
- L (Large): 20 Service Credits per year
- XL (Extra Large): 30 Service Credits per year
- XXL (Extra Extra Large): 40 Service Credits per year
Pricing Structure
The pricing structure for each plan is tiered based on the Quointelligence subscription you currently have: Essential, Practitioner, or Professional.

Choosing the Right Plan
When selecting a Service Credit Plan, consider both the number of service credits you will need annually and the level of service (Essential, Practitioner, Professional) that best aligns with your organization's requirements.
Smaller plans (S or M) are ideal for smaller teams or projects, while larger plans (L, XL, XXL) cater to more extensive needs with increased service credit allocations.
For those seeking essential services Small and Medium Service Credit Plans the most cost-effective. If more specialized services are required, upgrading to L - XL - XXL plans will provide additional support at an incremental cost.

Service Credit Expiration
Service Credit Plans run over a year since their subscription, provided your organisation has an active Quointelligence subscription.
⚠️ Credits not used will expire after one year and cannot be rolled over.
