How to Submit Your Idea

1. Describe It

   • What problem are you trying to solve?

   • How would your suggestion improve your experience or workflow?

2. Give Us Context

   • Who on your team would use it?

   • Any example use-cases or screenshots are very helpful—just attach them to your email.

3. Priority & Impact (Optional)

   • Is this “nice-to-have” or “must-have”?

   • Roughly how often would you use it and how much time might it save?

4. Send Your Email

   • Address it to product@quointelligence.eu

   • Use the subject line: “Product Idea: [Short Title]”

   • Hit send—and you’ll receive a confirmation that we got it!

What Happens Next?

• Review & Triage
  Every submission lands in our Product Backlog. We evaluate based on impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with our roadmap.

• Updates & Transparency
  We’ll let you know when your idea is under consideration, accepted into development, or scheduled for a future release.

• Community Voting
  If we receive multiple suggestions on the same topic, we may open a quick poll so you and other users can help us prioritize.

Best Practices for Suggestions

• Be specific: clear details help us scope the work accurately.

• Be concise: a sentence or two is often enough—no need for a novel.

• Think big or small: from color-scheme tweaks to entirely new modules, nothing’s off the table.

• Don’t worry about grammar: just get the idea across; our team will do the rest!
